CHAMONIX

The apartment was completely redesigned without altering the existing layout, which was already well conceived. However, as the electrical and plumbing systems were no longer up to standard, they were entirely renewed.

The living area was repainted and enhanced with a reclaimed wood feature wall, bringing warmth and an authentic touch to the space. The original parquet flooring was preserved, sanded, and refinished.

The bathroom was also fully redesigned and optimized. The bathtub was replaced with a walk-in shower, a wall-hung toilet replaced the old ceramic unit, and a floating vanity unit with built-in storage was installed.
